By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece. Any commission request that violates these terms will be cancelled immediately. Please note that you must pay in full before I start your commission.//: Please read the terms carefully:I, SIVONRAPMI:- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.You (the customer/commissioner):- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels as long as you credit or link back to me.- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.- You may NOT use the artwork to train AI or use it for NFTs.- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
I can't predict with absolute certainty how quickly I will finish your commission: It depends on your position in the order list and my workload.For original character requests, there must be enough reference photos or visual descriptions. We can talk about custom designs, but the cost will vary.Excessive or complicated elements (such as personalized tattoos, elaborate gold armor, sophisticated clothing designs, complex textiles, etc.) will incur additional fees.//: Refund Policy

I will not be able to work on a strict deadline.
At most, commissions take three days to complete; at worst, they take months. Depending on the length of the waiting list, the intricacy of your commission, and external variables. (E.g. Health issues, major life events, etc.)
To check on my progress, you are welcome to request WIPs at any time—in fact, I strongly encourage it!//: Edits/Revisions
During the sketch stage, I permit three to four revisions. These revisions can be little adjustments to the accessories, colors, or position and expression concept (if not otherwise specified). Any significant changes after that will incur an additional charge, which starts at $15 and goes up to $35. No modifications to the design will be made after the rendering process has commenced.
